At Creative Spirit Collaborative, we are crafting an integrative approach to wellness, centered around four pillars that redefine the way we address mental health. Through the integration of Ecotherapy, Somatics, Expressive Arts, and Consciousness practices (what we call the “Four Pillars of CSC), we are ushering in a new era of mental health care that embraces the whole person – mind, body, spirit, and environment.
Pillar 1: Somatics and Embodiment Therapies
The body is a repository of emotions, memories, and experiences. Somatic practices recognize the inherent wisdom of the body and its role in the healing journey. At Creative Spirit Collaborative, we utilize somatic therapies such as yoga, mindful movement, and breathwork to help individuals release physical tension and emotional blockages. As we’ve seen time and time again, the greatest insights and connections often come from within the group gathered, rather than the facilitators or teachers.
