At CSC we believe that everyone has a unique spark to discover within themselves and an innate capability for healing. Often the healing journey is more about remembering our wholeness – a king of letting go of what clouds that memory – rather than adding new/more to make us “more complete.” As we continue to build and expand our healing community, we’ll begin offering services beyond one-on-one counseling. This exciting addition is another petal in the lotus of healing community we’re building here, and here’s what we have in store (so far!):

Counseling is often needed when suffering takes the foreground of someone’s life the majority of the time and obstacles appear as barriers that feel insurmountable. We’ll continue to offer out-of-the-box counseling, with our incorporation of nature, somatics, mindfulness, expressive arts, and more.

We offer inspirational, creative, mindful opportunities with a Transpersonal and Integrative orientation to coaching to harness the most potent aspects of ourselves. Someone seeking coaching may recognize that most aspects of their life feel in balance with each other but there is a particular area where someone would like to focus and deepen their fulfillment and offer service to the world in that area.

Reiki is an energy practice tool that promotes stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. Reiki can be done hands on or energetically with hands just above the body but is often a combination of both. Reiki practitioners help us to understand and harmonize life force energy and how it flows through us and our lives.

Drawing from ancient practices and modern research, these 1-on-1 sessions deepen both understanding and experience with breath and prana. Depending on your needs, we’ll incorporate yogic breathing techniques, breath retention, Wim Hoff Method (WHM)-style exercises, rebirthing, and psychotropic breathwork.

Mindfulness and Meditation practices can be described and defined in a myriad of ways usually dependent upon which tradition the practices are rooted in, however most practices point to a common unifying experience, that of Awareness. These 1-on-1 sessions include guidance and practices specific to your needs, as well as opportunities to ask questions about and assimilate your practice.

Personal therapeutic ceremonial and ritual practices can help us understand and process our experiences from a symbolic, mythological, or archetypal perspective and can help bring psychological experiences more clarity in the physical realm. Often, the 5 natural elements (earth, water, fire, air, & space) will be used in our ceremonies and rituals, along with your intention and therapeutic needs.

The word “yoga” comes from the Sanskrit word meaning “to yoke” or to unify; the deeper purpose of these practices is whole-self alignment through embodied movement. Therapeutic yoga incorporates the asanas (postures typically associated with yoga in the West) with pranayama (energy and breathwork) to facilitate healing mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Some services can be readily purchased and scheduled individually and periodically (i.e. Reiki), while others require several sessions for the full benefit to be received (i.e. Therapeutic Ceremony). All of these practices and modalities become more powerful and transformative if they’re visited consistently, so discounted packages are offered for many services.
