Sound Baths are relaxing meditations that involve singing bowls, bells, gongs, chimes, and many other ancient instruments. The sound waves create a kind of sonic field that “surrounds” your body, acting as a sort of energetic bath for your mind, body, and space. Anecdotal benefits of singing bowls and gongs originate 2,000 years ago, and new research seems to confirm the healing effects of sound on the brain and body. Gillian and Brenton collaborate throughout these sessions, bringing you a variety of sound, healing, elemental, and meditative experiences. Every class will include a sound bath as well as hands-on/near reiki healing while you listen.

This monthly series will help to develop and deepen our relationships with symbolic resources. Through inner journeying with the archetypes, we will develop and practice a toolkit of consciousness-shifting techniques to access inner and subconscious landscapes. These deeper universal themes help to guide our unique and shared journey. Experience the interweaving of meaning and materiality that goes beyond the experience of separation in self.
